Terms and Conditions

The member, on behalf of his or herself, his or her family, heirs, executors, and administrators hereby forever release, discharge and hold harmless Five Star Fitness, Inc./Five Star Kickboxing, representatives and agents for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising out of or in connection with taking part in group fitness, kickboxing classes, and any other activities and notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of Five Star Fitness, Inc./Five Star Kickboxing representatives or agents.

All monthly memberships are ongoing and can be canceled anytime with a 60 day notice emailed to fivestarkickboxing.mooresville@gmail.com

All sales are final on the 'pay in full' memberships.
